The coverage we provide usually covers all dietary supplements as long as they are approved by the FDA.

Generally there is a minimum Self Insured Retention (SIR) of $5,000.00 per occurence and this is a batch SIR. Higher SIR limits are available and are sometime quoted.

"Excess Liability" (Following Primary Underlying Form)

Limits can be provided of $1 Million to $100 Million and more. The "Excess Liability" coverage will follow the same form as the underlying coverage.
